SCNCAC Announces New Program Director

SCNCAC is pleased to announce that Liz Szarkowski has accepted the position of Program Director and will officially begin work in early January of 2018.  Liz obtained her Masters in Science in Clinical Art Therapy from Springfield College in Springfield Massachusetts. She has worked extensively in the Springfield community with a focus on at-risk children, adolescents and their families. For the past five years Liz has worked as an Administrative Coordinator for the largest Healthy Families program in Massachusetts. During this time Liz and her team have strengthened the communities efforts to create easy access to services for young families. Through these efforts their team won a number of awards including Community Engagement, Group Facilitation and Legislative Outreach Awards. Liz is excited for this new opportunity to combine her knowledge,  skills and creative thinking to South Carolina Network of Children's Advocacy Centers.
