CAC Collaborate Database 

The SCNCAC CAC Collaborate database is a statewide case management software system for our member Children's Advocacy Centers. 


SCNCAC Collaborate CAC Database

The statewide CAC case management database is provided as a service to our member CACs. There is a short video below with answers to common questions for new users. There are also additional training videos on the database available on our eLearning platform via the link in the support section below.


SCNCAC DSS Database Integration Fact Sheet

SCNCAC is working with DSS to allow transmittal of referrals to CACs electronically.  This will be accomplished via a one way transfer of the referral from the DSS CAPSS database to the local CAC through the SCNCAC Collaborate database. This two page fact sheet provides information and a timeline.

Database Support

The video to the left will answer many questions about running reports under the Network reports tab in the Collaborate database. The video covers changing filters to customize the report outputs for your CAC.
