Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the Clinical/Community Services Program Manager (CCSM) position is to manage programs related to forensic evaluation, mental health and outreach services to aid child victims and community programs. The CCSM will focus on tasks and activities that will enhance, expand and coordinate the implementation of comprehensive children and community intervention services that have been recommended by DCAC’s clinical, outreach and MDT teams. The CCSM will also serve as a back-up forensic interviewer/therapist.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Human Services field plus a minimum of five years of experience in the field of children services, including sexual abuse and/or victim advocacy is required; masters preferred. Previous experience in law enforcement, social work, public health, education, mental health, and/or experience as a trainer/educator is required. Program/Project management experience preferred.
DCAC offers a competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience. Annual salary range is $57,000 – $77,000.
