Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is planning and overseeing Project C.A.R.E to ensure completion in a timely manner within budget. This position determines and defines project scope and objectives, develops a detailed project schedule, and tracks costs. This individual will identify resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Additionally, as project lead, this position will assist in developing and disseminating marketing collateral. This position will monitor progress and measure outcomes to identify areas for improvement. This position will provide project updates on a consistent basis to supervisor and various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

A master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Education or a related field; five years of experience in managing multiple projects or managing project teams and working with cross-functional staff. A Project Management Professional certification is preferred.

Dickerson Children’s Advocacy Center is prepared to offer a competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience. Annual salary is $57,000 – $77,000
