This presentation emphasizes the importance of the MDT working together from the outcry statement to the conclusion of the case. Considerations of the effects of trauma on child victims, their parents and the family, as well as MDT members will be discussed. Understanding the impact of trauma on MDT members and conflict resolution are critical in the MDT approach.
