This four-hour training is focused on the response to juveniles who exhibit Problematic Sexual Behaviors (PSB) and how advocates can involve a multidisciplinary systemic approach to meet the needs of the whole family. This training will encompass the spectrum of research involving juveniles involved with PSB and why Children’s Advocacy Centers are important for an effective strategy to identifying juveniles and treating them.
Goals
Victim Service Provider (VSP) credit is pending through the South Carolina Office of Victim Services Education and Certification.
Parking
Meeting attendees must park in the parking lot at the Whaley House which is located at 1527 Gervais Street. The parking lot is behind the Whaley House and accessible from Pickens street. You will need a parking pass which will be provided in your confirmation email.
